A whole career ahead: meet the next generation of talent at Santander CIB

Every year, more than 200 graduates join Santander CIB, taking their first steps in careers that could take them further than they can yet imagine.

Before the title and the experience, before anyone knew your name, there was a first day.

A little fear. A lot of ambition. And no way of knowing just how far you might go.

That feeling inspired Dear Future Me.

No script. No perfectly generated answers. Just a camera and a group of graduates in their first days at Santander, speaking to the people they will be ten years from now.

Their hopes are real. Their fears are real. And so is their ambition.

For those starting out, their stories are a reminder that they’re not alone in wondering what comes next. For those further along, perhaps they’ll bring back memories of when everything was still ahead.
